JP 系列户外综合配电箱，是集计量、出线、无功补偿等 多功能于一体达到户外综合配电装置，具有短路、过载、过电压、漏电保护等功能，体积小、外型美观、经济实用，安装于户外柱上变压器的电杆上，是城乡电网改造的配电产品。

◇ 环境温度：-15℃ ~+40℃；

◇ 空气相对湿度：日相对湿度平均值不大于95%，月相对湿度平均值不大于90%；

◇ 海拔高度：不大于2000m;

◇ 安装在无剧烈震动和冲击、无腐蚀性气体的场所。

结构特点 Design feature

箱体结构分立式和卧式，外壳采用2mm不锈钢板经多重折边工艺弯制( 或采用蜂窝结构的不锈钢双夹层复合板，具有阻燃、环保、隔热、防凝露等性能)，采用不锈钢焊接工艺，箱体成型后整体强度高，表面光洁如镜，不留焊缝痕迹；内部安装梁(板)为热镀锌工艺处理，确保二十年内不锈蚀；箱体前后开门，便于用户操作和检修，门四周镶有高 弹力耐老化密封胶条，每扇门均装有明暗两种门锁，明锁配有防堵防锈的遮雨罩；计量室全封闭带铅封装置；箱体侧面装有防雨防异物的进线电缆穿管，底部冲有通风孔和电缆出线孔，顶部设有通风道和丝网，具有防水、防锈、防尘、防异物的功能，防护等级：IP44。

The doors are surrounded by highelastic aging-resistant sealing strips. Each door is equipped with light and dark door locks, and the open locks are equipped with anti-blocking and rust-proof rain shields; The metering room is fully enclosed with lead sealing device; The side of the box body is provided with rain-proof and foreign matter-proof incoming cable penetrating pipes, the bottom is punched with ventilation holes and cable outlet holes, and the top is provided with ventilation ducts and silk screens, which have waterproof, rust-proof, dustproof and foreign matter-proof functions, and the protection grade is IP44.
