光伏并网箱是用于在用户场地附近建设的光伏电站,运行方式以用户侧自发自用、多余电量上网;为了保护系统安全运行,确保逆变器与市电电网的安全协调,提高系统可靠性及电能计量而设计的光伏并网配电箱。该产品具有防护等级高,使用寿命长,安装操作方便等特点。其功能有隔离保护,过载保护、短路保护、浪涌接地保护、过欠压保护及恢复后重合、发电电能计量等。

▪箱体的电缆进线孔设计可从底部进线或侧边进线,侧边进线时安装IP66 防水接头,保证箱体的防护等级
▪箱体的逆变器进线孔设计在底部,方便现场直接接线箱体内的隔离开关采用知名品牌,并具有断开明显的断点,设计容量为逆变器最大输出电流的1.5 倍以上
▪箱体内设计有光伏过欠压保护装置及电压恢复重合保护装置,该产品除了失压保护外,还可对电网电压不稳定进行保护
▪箱体设计有防雷浪涌保护,浪涌保护器的标准最大放电电流为40kA,在雷雨频发地区可选用更大的防雷浪涌保护器,最大放电电流可达100kA
▪箱体设计有过电流保护断路器,保证系统出现过载和短路时,断路器能可靠的分断
▪箱体内部的安装板可根据客户要求配置环氧树脂绝缘板,绝缘板的厚度至少5mm 以上

The top layer serves as the enclosure’s eaves to prevent rainwater from entering the enclosure; the middle layer houses the photovoltaic metering meter, which allows various data on the meter to be observed through a transparent glass panel, and a lead seal interface is designed on the door lock; the bottom layer is for control and protection, facilitating maintenance by personnel.
▪ The cable entry holes of the enclosure are designed for bottom or side entry. When entering from the side, IP66 waterproof connectors are installed to ensure the enclosure's protection rating.
▪ The inverter inlet hole of the box is designed at the bottom, which is convenient for on-site direct connection. The disconnector in the box is of well-known brand and has obvious breaking point. The design capacity is more than 1.5 times of the maximum output current of the inverter
▪ The box is designed with photovoltaic over-voltage and undervoltage protection device and voltage recovery reclosing protection device. In addition to voltage loss protection, this product can also protect the power grid voltage instability
▪ The box is designed with lightning surge protection, and the standard maximum discharge current of the surge protector is 40KA. In areas with frequent thunderstorms, larger lightning surge protectors can be selected, and the maximum discharge current can reach 100KA
▪ The box is designed with over-current protection circuit breaker to ensure that the circuit breaker can reliably break in case of overload and short circuit in the system
▪ The mounting plate inside the box can be equipped with epoxy resin insulation board according to customer requirements, and the thickness of the insulation board shall be at least 5mm
▪ Anti islanding device can be configured according to customer requirements
