概述 Overview

JXF(JFF) 型控制箱是一种安装控制元件，按要求组合成各种控制功能的控制、配电箱，它的特点是采用整块底板，根据客户安装元件尺寸的要求，自行设计安装，它适用于额定电压为220V 或380V，负载单回路电流不大于400A 的单相三线或三相五线的终端电路中，作为对用电设备进行二次和远程控制，对用电设备的过载、短路、过电压漏电起保护作用的一种成套装置。可广泛用于港口、机场、工厂、商业区、住宅区和工矿企业等。

本厂产品符合GB7251.1。

The JXF (JFF) type control box is a control and distribution box that installs control components and combines them intovarious control functions according to requirements. Its feature is the use of an integrated base plate, designed for component installation based on customer specifications. It is suitable for single-phase three-wire or three-phase five-wire terminal circuits with a rated voltage of 220V or 380V and a single-circuit load current not exceeding 400A. It serves as a complete set of equipment for secondary and remote control of electrical devices, and provides protection against overload, short circuit, overvoltage, and leakage for the electrical devices. It can be widely used in ports, airports, factories, commercial areas, residential areas, and industrial and mining enterprises.

结构特点 Structural characteristics

JXF(JFF) 型控制箱主要结构部件有箱体、上盖、底板和电器开关元件等，内装开关元件可由客户提供的功能要求拟定。为方便上下面接线，加开方孔( 尺寸为180×85)，出厂时加橡皮密封，需要进出线时由客户自行拆卸安装。箱体分为明装( 挂墙) 和暗装( 嵌墙) 两种，颜色以灰为主。

The JXF (JFF) type control box's main structural components include the box body, top cover, bottom plate, and electrical switch elements. The installed switch elements can be determined based on the functional requirements provided by the customer.

To facilitate wiring from above and below, square holes (dimensions 180×85) are added, with rubber seals installed at the factory.

If wiring access is needed, the customer must remove and reinstall them themselves. The box can be either surface-mounted (wallmounted) or flush-mounted (embedded in the wall), with gray being the primary color.
