GCS低压抽出式开关设备
概述 Overview
GCS 低压抽出式开关设备( 以下称装置) 是原国家机械部、电力部联合设计组根据行业主管部门,广大电力用户及设计单位的要求研制出的符合国情、具有较高技术性能指标、能够适应电力市场发展需要并可与现有引进产品竞争的低压抽出式开关柜。该装置一九九六年七月在上海通过了两部联合主持的鉴定,受到生产制造单位和电力使用部门的重视和肯定。
该装置适用于发电厂、石油、化工、冶金、纺织、高层建筑等行业的配电系统。在大型发电厂、石化系统等自动化程度高,要求与计算机接口的场所,作为三相交流50(60)Hz,额定工作电压380V,额定电流4000A 及以下的发、供电系统中的配电、电动机集中控制、无功功率补偿使用的低压成套配电装置。
该装置符合IEC439-1 和GB7251.1 标准。
GCS low-voltage draw-out switchgear (hereinafter referred to as device) is a low-voltage draw-out switchgear developed by the joint design team of the former Ministry of Machinery and the Ministry of Electric Power according to the requirements of the competent departments of the industry, the vast number of power users and design units, which conforms to the national conditions, has high technical performance indexes, can meet the development needs of the power market and can compete with the existing imported products. In July, 1996, the device passed the appraisal jointly sponsored by the two departments in Shanghai, and was valued and affirmed by the manufacturing units and power users.
This device is suitable for the power distribution systems in industries such as power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textiles, and highrise buildings. In large power plants, petrochemical systems, and other places with a high degree of automation that require computer interfaces, it is used as a low-voltage complete power distribution device for three-phase AC 50(60)Hz, with a rated operating voltage of 380V and rated current of 4000A or below, for power generation and supply systems for power distribution, centralized motor control, and reactive power compensation.
The device meets IEC439-1 and GB7251.1 standards.
主要特点 Main feature
◇ 主构架采用8MF 型钢,型钢的二侧面分别有模数20mm 和100mm 的φ9.2mm 安装孔,内部安装灵活方便;
◇ 主构架装配形式设计为两种,全组装式结构和部分( 侧框和横梁) 焊接式结构,供用户选择;
◇ 装置的各功能室相互隔离,其隔室分为功能单元室、母线室和电缆室。各室的作用相对独立;
◇ 水平主母线采用柜后平置排列方式,以增强母线抗电动力的能力,是使装置的主电路具备高短路强度能力的基本措施;
◇ 电缆隔室的设计使电缆上下进出均十分方便。
◇ Main framework adopts 8MF bar seel. Both sides of bar steel is intalld with φ9.2mm mounting hole with modulus 20mm and 100mm. Inner istallation is flexible and easy;
◇ Two types of assembly form design for main framework, full assembly structure and partial (side frame and cross rail) welding structure for user selection;
◇ Each function compartment of device is separated mutually. The compartments are divided into function unit compartment, bus bar compartment and cable compartment. Each one has relative independent function;
◇ Horizontal bus bar adopts cuabinet back level placed array puttern for enhancing the capacity of resisting electrodynamic force for bus bar. It is the basic measure for obtaining high short circuitstrength capacity for main circuit;
◇ Cable compartment design makes cable outlet and inlet up and down convenient.

正常使用条件 Regular service conditions
◇ 周围空气温度不高于+40℃,不低于-5℃,并且24h 内平均温度不高于+35℃;
◇ 相对湿度在温度+40℃时不超过50%,在较低温度时允许有较高的相对湿度,例如+20℃ 时为90%。但应考虑到温度变化,有可能会偶然地产生适度的凝露;
◇ 海拔高度不超过2000 米;
◇ 安装倾斜不超过5°;
◇ 没有粉尘,腐蚀性气体和雨水浸袭的户内。
◇ The ambient air temperature should not exceed 40℃ or be lower than -5℃ , and the 24-hour average temperature should not exceed 35℃ ;
◇ The relative humidity should not exceed 50% at the maximum temperature of 40℃, while higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, for example, 90% at 20℃ . However, temperature changes should be considered, as moderate condensation may occasionally occur;
◇ The altitude should not exceed 2000 meters;
◇ Installation tilt should not exceed 5° ;
◇ Indoors where there is no dust, corrosive gases, or exposure to rain.
