概述 Overview
进一步深化配电网标准化建设,推动配电设备向中高端迈进;国家电网有限公司设备部组织开展了《低压开关柜标准化设计方案》编制工作。标准化设计工作遵循“安全可靠、坚固耐用、标准统一、通用互换、合理分级、广泛适用”的原则,广泛吸纳各运行单位、制造企业的运行经验和设计成果,在充分调研和研讨的基础上,统一标准、精简归类、试点、兼顾差异,以达到简化运维、提升效率的目标。在标准化低压开关柜的方案设计方面,针对低压开关柜的结构方案、一次接口、二次接口、土建接口、主要元器件参数等进行了规范统一。
在一次接口及土建接口部分,精简系统方案及配置要求,实现功能配置、柜体并柜的统一,满足互换性要求;对二次原理、二次接口、二次标识进行了规范,使现场人员在施工接线及运维操作中更安全、更高效;对主要元器件技术参数作了统一,实现功能性改进,并实现低压配电网智能化管理。
在标准化低压开关柜的试验检测方面,结合相关国家标准和认证要求,对标准化低压开关柜各项试验进行了、严格、细致的规范,统一了试验指标、试验方法及判定依据,进一步加强了对标准化低压开关柜生产工艺、组部件、原材料的质量控制,为设备安全可靠运行奠定良好基础。
Further deepen the standardization of the distribution network and promote the advancement of distribution equipment toward mid-to-high-end levels; the Equipment Department of State Grid Corporation of China has organized the preparation of the "Standardized Design Scheme for Low-Voltage Switchgear." The standardization design work follows the principles of "safety and reliability, robust and durable, unified standards, general interchangeability, reasonable hierarchy, and wide applicability," extensively incorporating operational experience and design achievements from various operating units and manufacturing enterprises. Based on thorough research and discussion, it aims to unify standards, streamline classification, pilot advanced practices, and accommodate differences to simplify operation and maintenance and improve efficiency. In terms of the scheme design for standardized low-voltage switchgear, the structural scheme, primary interface, secondary interface, civil construction interface, and major component parameters of low-voltage switchgear have been standardized and unified.
For the primary and civil construction interfaces, system schemes and configuration requirements have been streamlined to unify functional configurations and cabinet assembly, meeting interchangeability requirements. The secondary principles, secondary interfaces, and secondary identifications have been standardized to allow on-site personnel to perform installation, wiring, and operation activities more safely and efficiently. The technical parameters of major components have been unified to achieve functional improvements and enable intelligent management of the low-voltage distribution network.
Regarding the testing and inspection of standardized low-voltage switchgear, in combination with relevant national standards and CCC certification requirements, comprehensive, strict, and detailed specifications have been formulated for various tests of standardized low-voltage switchgear. Test indicators, methods, and evaluation criteria have been unified, further strengthening quality control over the production process, component assembly, and materials of standardized low-voltage switchgear, laying a solid foundation for safe and reliable equipment operation.
