The photovoltaic energy storage grid-connected cabinet is a complete set of equipment integrating components such as circuit breakers, protection devices, power meters, and communication modules. Its core function is to achieve flexible, bidirectional dispatch of electricity between photovoltaic and energy storage systems, ensuring that photovoltaic power is safely fed into the grid while quickly switching to off-grid mode to supply loads during grid faults. It serves as a key hub for grid connection in a "photovoltaic-storage integrated" system, while also providing fault isolation, data collection, and remote operation and maintenance capabilities, enhancing overall system reliability and economic efficiency. It can coordinate with energy storage converters (PCS), energy management systems (EMS), and battery management systems (BMS), and is suitable for mainstream scenarios such as 0.4kV low-voltage grid connection, meeting various operational needs including self-consumption, surplus power feed-in, and peak-valley arbitrage.

1.双向电能管控:作为电能双向流动的“ 闸门”,并网断路器实现光伏馈网、电网补电、储能充放电的切换控制,配合电能表精准计量双向电量,支持峰谷电价差套利,降低用电成本。

2. 多重安全防护

• 防孤岛保护:主动 / 被动检测电网失压,0.2 秒内快速分闸,防止孤岛运行引发安全事故,符合 IEEE 1547、GB/T 19964 等标准。

• 电气故障保护:具备过流、过压、欠压、失压分闸、检有压合闸、防逆流、短路、防雷等保护功能,内置浪涌保护器(SPD),毫秒级响应切断故障回路。

• 电能质量保障:集成谐波治理、无功补偿模块,实时监测并优化电压、频率、三相平衡度,并网电能符合 GB/T 14549 标准,降低电网罚款风险。

Combined with energy meters for precise bidirectional energy measurement, it supports peak-valley electricity price arbitrage and reduces electricity costs.

• Anti-islanding Protection: Actively/passively detects grid voltage loss and trips within 0.2 seconds to prevent safety incidents caused by islanding operation, compliant with standards such as IEEE 1547 and GB/T 19964.

• Electrical Fault Protection: Features overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, loss-of-voltage trip, voltage presence verification on closing, reverse current prevention, short circuit, and lightning protection; built-in surge protection device (SPD) responds in milliseconds to disconnect fault circuits.

• Power Quality Assurance: Integrates harmonic mitigation and reactive power compensation modules, monitors and optimizes voltage, frequency, and three-phase balance in real time, ensuring grid-connected energy meets GB/T 14549 standards and reduces the risk of grid penalties.

• Seamless Grid-connected/Off-grid Switching: Supports active/passive switching with switch times under 10 ms, ensuring continuous power supply to critical loads.
